You work in a Hospital, which can be dispassionately described as a collection of value streams. Each value stream can be described as a collection of processes to deliver value. Kaizens normally aim at improving processes.
At the end of a Kaizen project you have a process or series of processes that changed for the better. Are those changes set in stone? Can you tell that the process is now stable? Spoiler alert…the answer is no!
