At this point we are ready to report on the activities and improvements that took place during the week. This is done through a series of bullet slides and digital photos. The photos have been removed from this file in order to reduce the file size.

It is not uncommon to divide into smaller sub-teams in a Kaizen event. In this particular event 3 teams were formed to work on the 3 main areas of focus. Each sub-team had a leader.
