Doing is worth a thousand words Simulation should relate to the Kaizen event Simulation is hands-on, not computer based Simulation should be quick

It is good to incorporate, if appropriate, some hands-on examples as a part of the Kaizen training. The concepts of flow and batching, for example, can be demonstrated easily in the classroom, and will give participants a more clear idea of what is possible in the office or factory.

Your instructor will lead you through a simple classroom simulation.
