Japanese for Continuous Improvement Make your job easier by changing the way you do things (methods) Make small changes rather than big changes. Improve little by little. Team Kaizen is organized as an “event” of 3-5 days. How to run a Kaizen event is the subject of this course.

Kaizen is a Japanese word meaning Continuous Improvement. Continuous Improvement can apply to small changes that we can implement ourselves, to larger team-based projects that can be accomplished in three to five days, and large projects that can span many months. As our business environment becomes more and more competitive, it is up to all employees to be involved in the effort to stabilize, improve and perfect our business processes. Kaizen is philosophy and tool to help us accomplish that.
