This training class is designed to be partly hands-on, in the form of an actual process improvement activity. We’ll have a chance to apply all of the forms and tools during a “mini-Kaizen” event. The Kaizen team training and hands-on activities will be a two day activity. Anyone who plans to either lead or be involved in a Kaizen event would be a candidate to participate in this course.
